Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AppsBrief. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using AppsBrief on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
1. What the service is
AppsBrief reads reporting data from accounts you connect and produces a periodic summary with suggested actions. It is an informational tool. It holds read-only access and does not make changes in your connected accounts — every action it suggests is carried out by you.
2. Your account and your connections
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you connect, for keeping your login secure, and for having the right to grant access to each account you connect. Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to access. You may disconnect any surface, or close your workspace, at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use AppsBrief to break the law or to breach the terms of any connected platform; do not attempt to access another customer's data; and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.
4. No guarantee of accuracy, and no advice
Briefs are generated automatically from third-party data, partly using AI, and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Upstream platforms restate their own figures, and a connection can fail without warning. Nothing AppsBrief produces is financial, legal or professional advice. Verify before you act on it, particularly for decisions about money, and treat the platform's own console as the source of truth.
5. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsBrief is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Fees
Paid plans, if offered to you, are described at the point of purchase. Where the service is provided free or in an early-access phase, it may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
8. Termination
You may stop using AppsBrief and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. On termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
